Gift Cards/Promotion Code
The gift card can be used on the site. You have received by email the confirmation of your order with access to a discount code and a QR code.
The way to use the gift card:
- You wish to place an order on the site: create your basket and at the time of payment, enter the title of the code in the 'Gift card or promo code' section. The amount available on the card will be automatically deducted from the total.
If you purchased a product for less than your gift card balance, the remaining balance will automatically be credited back to your gift card. You still have 6 months after the date of purchase of the gift card to use this balance on the site.
When you successfully apply a promotion code, it will appear in your basket total, with detail of what promotion you have applied.
You will receive an email when your order departs from the warehouse. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account.
After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 working days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
You can enter a new delivery address whilst you are placing an order. Or, if you are registered with estarer.com, you can add additional addresses to your Address Book in the My Account section, for you to select when you place your order. Or you can send emails to firstname.lastname@example.org to change your address.
Delivery and Returns
Exchanges and returns are possible up to one month after the date of receipt of the product.
Please bring your order number and contact us at email@example.com.
The products must be returned in their packaging, with the protective bag and the product label. They must not be worn, washed or damaged. Please do not leave the shoulder straps or straps attached to the bag and put them back inside the bag before shipping.
We will give you all the details to be able to return your product. You can return the order with the carrier of your choice. The return will be at your expense.
If you have forgotten your account password, please click on the "Forgot your Password" link during the sign-in process. You will be instructed to reset your password via a reset password email sent to the email address used when registering your account.
You do not need to register to place orders; you can check out as a guest. However, we do recommend you create a free user account to use promo codes and ease of initiating any potential returns.
Products Details and Care Advices
If you have a product that requires repair or replacement under warranty, simply return the product to the original place of purchase for repair or replacement.
